After cleansing, spray the toner onto a cotton pad and gently wipe onto face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. For use during the daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater.
Pro Tip: Apply toner to a dampened cotton pad and wipe over your skin for soft exfoliation, or soak cotton pads in toner and place them on dry, irritated skin to use as simple skin pack.

Wow..in disbelief!
I have suffered from moderate acne since I was 9. I cant even remember the last time my body looked clear. I always was able to control my face acne, but never my body. Every other product I have tried like Benzoyl peroxide, salicyic acid, etc, really never did much for my skin.. until i used this. I have only been using it daily for a week and the difference is unreal. It also has helped a ton with the redness spots previous acne has left behind. Definitrly recommend this to anyone who has suffered with stubborn body acne!!

I bought this on a whim and now I'm obsessed! I apply it with a cotton pad after cleansing and it just makes my skin feel incredibly clean. I just ran out and had to use a different brand and it was so bad, I'm buying more of this immediately.
Great for body acne!
I decided to try this out for chest, back, and arm breakouts after starting a hormone treatment and the results were almost instantaneous. The majority of my spots cleared up in less than a week. The spray actually makes it super easy to apply to the body without wasting product. I can see how it might be a problem for the face since you shouldn't spray it directly on your face, but for the body it's fantastic.
