Q
In-store the ingredients include horse chestnut, but they don't online. Is there some product with and some without? I love this product, but I am concerned since I am allergic to nuts.
Asked by H
Official Answer By DERMA E - Brand Engage
Hi! Our advanced Peptides and Flora Collagen Serum does contain Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract. A fantastic anti-aging alternative that does not contain any nut ingredients is our Anti-Aging Regenerative Retinol Serum or Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Concentrated Serum. We advise consulting with your doctor first to ensure a product is completely safe for you.Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Has anyone with clinically sensitive skin had success using this product? I am afraid to try the sample I received. I really wish it came in an unscented version because the rest of the ingredients look great.
Asked by SkoolieMama
Official Answer By DERMA E - Brand Engage
This serum is considered safe for sensitive skin. We always recommend a patch test for first time users with sensitive skin. Just apply a small amount under the ear area by the jaw line for 24 hours. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Does this line help with crows feet and minimizing the look of pores?
Asked by ellemaria
Official Answer By DERMA E - Brand Engage
Overall, it will help to smooth the skin and target your concerns. However, I would recommend the Peptide eye cream to help with crows feet. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I have Derma E's Ultra Hydrating Hyaluronic Dewy Skin Serum, Advanced Peptides and Flora-Collagen Serum, and Vitamin C Brightening Glow Oil. Could you tell me in what order to apply these products after my toner? Do I need to do one at night and one in the morning? Do I still use my moisturizer afterwards? Thank you!
Asked by Sarah
Official Answer By DERMA E - Brand Engage
Thanks for your question! Serum works best after toner/cleansing and then a moisturizer after. You can use any of these products AM or PM, but I would definitely split the serums up and use one in the AM and one in the PM. You know your skin best, so you can choose the serum at the time of day that would be most beneficial to your skin. The Vit C Glow Oil can be used as a moisturizer if that is enough hydration for you. If not, moisturizer will always go on last. Was this answer helpful to you

disappointed

After reading all the reviews I was excited to try this serum because everyone loved it. It has a very watery consistency and easy to apply but sad to say I didn't like it at all. I have oily/combination skin and this was not moisturizing at all, I like to feel some kind of moisture, it actually mad...

Great serum

This serum feels very high end. Love that it's 2 oz instead of typical 1 oz serums. Goes great layered with my Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair. I immediately bought another bottle seeing that it went on sale. Really love this serum

Strong fragrance

The serum itself is hydrating and plumping, but the fragrance burns my skin. Definitely not a prodyct for sensitive girlies. I wont be purchasing again.

I have rosacea. Metro gel from my dermatologist helped a tiny bit but not enough. Clinique Redness Solutions cleanser and cream have helped my skin more and more over time. I started being a fanatic about using sunscreen which has helped enormously. Azelaic acid from The Ordinary: really helpful. THIS serum has been that final little boost-- a turning point-- taking my skin all the way to smooth and even toned. I feel better about my skin even without makeup than I did 5 years ago and I'm closer to 50 than 40 now. The pycnogenol is the ingredient I had never tried before and for me, this is IT. I still drink coffee, drink alcohol sometimes, eat spicy food, and it's the hottest, sunniest part of summer right now. Despite all that, my rosacea is doing so well with this Derma-E serum. They don't advertise it for that but this has been my experience. When I had a facial this summer the aesthetician complemented how "supple" my skin is. My fine lines are few and my skin is well toned with my current routine. I really think this serum has contributed to my healthy skin in a big way.

Im not sure the product improved my skin. I used almost the entire bottle. Good news is, there was no irritation or scent.
