ANR Eye Concentrate Matrix addresses advanced signs of aging, ANR Eye Supercharged addresses first signs of aging. Since you have both, we recommend using one in the AM and the other in the PM. I was so excited to try my new products, especially this gel-creme. After a few days of use, first I started to experience itchy eyes.At first, I thought it was due to seasonal allergies. However, the itching progressed to burning on the outside. I was on vacation and fortunately my eye doctor called in a prescription for antibiotic eye drops. I continued however using the product becuase I had no idea it was causing my issues. When we got back from vacation, I was still having the symptoms and went to the eye doctor. They tried a different prescription. A few nights later I was awakened feeling like the skin around my eyes was on fire. I had used the gel that night before bed as I have been since I got it. That morning, my left eye was swollen, I had a like a welt-like area in the corner of my left eye, both eyes under the eyes were fiery red, and they burned to the touch. In that moment, I realized that the only thing different I had been doing was using this product! I stopped using it.Later than day, my skin started to wrinkle up under my eye and the skin looked scaly. As the days progressed, I had to deal with ugly scaling scabs under my eyes which made work very difficult as I am on virtual meetings daily. It's now a week later, and my skin is still peeling, and occassionally buring in the more burned areas. I'm very disappointed after reading these reviews that the salesperson did not alert me to the possibilities of being burned, instead was more in sales mode. It's very unfortunate, as I do love the EL moisturizers and night serum. Two presriptions later, a doctor's visit later, and burned skin later....I'm not a happy camper at all!
Best eye moisturizer ever
I've used Advanced Night Repair products for many years. There is absolutely nothing any better.
STAY AWAY!
I've never been sensitive to any products or makeup but this caused dry, flaking, eczema-like symptoms under my eyes. Once I pinpointed the cause and stopped using, thankfully it resolved. I see many other reviews also had such problems.
HORRIBLE
I would never use this again. Caused a chemical burn under my eyes. Not joking, it literally looked like I had two black eyes. It also took the entire top coat off of my dip manicure on the finger I used to get it out of the container which is pretty wild!

After using Estée Lauder for 21 years, I have to say the new eye cream is absolutely horrible. It made my eyelids red and inflamed and felt like a chemical burn. . I received mine with the gift with purchase in November, and i had no idea Estée had changed the eye cream. The new ingredients are too strong and from all of the remarks on here, I see I am not the only one with the same reaction. You are going to lose a lot of good customers with this new and improved eye cream, including me !
