Apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique. Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of gel through each section, using fingertips to seal and smooth the cuticle from roots to ends. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.

This was my perfect gel! The new formula does not work well for me- I feel like I need to use MUCH more per application for the same definition, and the hold does not last all day. whenever I want a quick fix for my curls without doing my full wash and go routine, this gel is my go to. I usually use this when I'm traveling and it never fails me. Gives me a semi hard cast and lasts 3-4 days.
Weak hold
Clothes are lost. Even with fine and medium strand hair and medium porosity hair this gel does not hold up. It looks okay on day one but then day to the curl while it's still there and you can refresh with water it's just lost. Perhaps others loved it but it doesn't work with my hair type.
