DO NOT BUY IF IT SAYS UB MARKETPLACE. They will not refund you and steal your money after you return the product. They have STILL NOT refunded this product. Many emails have been exchanged. Three calls later. On hold for 30 minutes. Finally get a ahold of someone who puts me on hold and when she doesn't know what to do she hangs up on me. Calling the Better Business Bureau.
Don't Buy This Product
Ulta is making it look they they have a new way to ship products when in reality they are starting to sling products from third parties. If you happen to return the item to the store, they do what is called a "happy return" and no one in the store knows how to perform this action and once they ginalky figure it out, the third party does not refund you. When you call custom service they do not know how to help either. It's been almost 4 weeks since I returned this product and no word on mh refund despite calling and informing them of ny concern. Its basically stealing when you don't receive your money back. Save yourseld the headache and just don't but anything on the site that is listed as a Marketplace item ag check out. Not recommended.
