Twist capsule open. Dispense directly into palm. Using fingertips, smooth lightly over skin in the evening. Follow with a moisturizer or other antiaging treatment, if desired. Use once daily as tolerated. For sensitive skin, use 2-3 times per week, then increase use as tolerated, up to once daily.
Precautions: For external use only. Use only as directed. DO NOT INGEST. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. If rash or irritation develops, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical assistance. I suffer from Hyperpigmentation and was told from a worker at Ulta to use the Vitamin C capsules at night after I cleanse, followed by the exuviance glycolic perfecting moisturizer. Will that combo dry my skin out? Also should I be doing this daily?

Instead of the Glycolic Perfecting Moisturizer, we would suggest Overnight Transformation Complex if you are concerned about skin getting dried out. I love that this is in capsules because I've tried liquid vitamin C before and often it goes bad before I can use the whole bottle. I use it 3-5 times a week, not daily so this is perfect and stays stable until the end of the bottle. I've re-bought this product and will continue to do so!
