Begin with freshly cleansed, dry skin. Peel back the 2 white protective liners, exposing the full dot. Gently press the dot, textured side down, onto your breakout for 20 seconds. Wear for at least 6 hours and repeat every 2-3 days as needed.

I have sensitive skin and these didn't irritate my skin at all! I applied a few to problem spots since I've been breaking out and left them on overnight and woke up with a lot of gunk being pulled to the surface. It didn't necessarily clear my pimples but it definitely moved along the annoying painf...

I feel like these patches are helpful but don't have overnight results like I thought they would. I had a pimple forming for days but it hadn't come to a head so I used a patch. I think it kind of paused its growth but it didn't go away. It's been a few days since I used a patch and it's still there...

Staple in my nighttime skin routine

I think these are great to use when you're feeling a pimple and they actually work on your skin, especially for my acne prone skin I get a lot of pimples and this is great to use. Especially since they're so large they can cover a very large pimple.
