Apply to clean, damp hair after using your favorite Paul Mitchell shampoo. Leave in for up to 10 minutes or longer for deeper conditioning. Rinse thoroughly. Before styling, use the 15-In-1 Spray as a leave-in prep.

It does hydrate very well, but I recommend just putting on your ends if you are prone to oily hair.. since it can weigh your hair down if you have thin hair.
