Other retinols have produced texture on my skin. This has helped smooth texture, feels lovely, and has a nice scent. My only con is that I do need to use more product to cover my face and neck, though I may just need to adjust technique. I use 3-4x/week, alternating with a chemical exfoliant.

I used to use the Cera Ve Resurfacing Retinol Serum, but decided to give Farmacy's retinol a try because I love all of the products I've tried from them. Although there is a discernable price difference between the two, I would highly recommend the one from Farmacy since I noticed improvements in skin texture including fine lines in just a couple of weeks. I can use it without a moisturizer and it is non irritating. I didn't have any negative reactions to this product. I use one to two pumps for my entire face every other night and I wake up with baby smooth skin.
