Most Helpful Positive Review Nano I was really skeptical about buying a more pricey item. Can't all straighteners just do the same thing? Nope! This was worth every penny. Wearing my hair down is making an effort because it'd still be frizzy but this product makes me want to wear it down more! I used Hot Toddy Heat and UV Protectant before blow dry, a straightening product before the flat iron and magic was made. My hair was so shiny, sleek, ZERO frizz! Like I just walked out of the salon! The pics I added were 1) half blow dry, half straight 2) half straight, half curled (w/flat iron) 3) finish with curls.
Most Helpful Critical Review Died on me after 4 months I loved this flat iron! I did extensive research before I purchased it because I desperately needed to replace my old Chi. Everything was great for a while ... it heat up super fast and goes up to 450 degrees. Until yesterday it just died on me out of the blue ! The digital display reads 94 degrees but the iron is ice cold. I had just used it the day before and to wake up in the morning with a dead flat iron was frustrating to say the least.

This is the best flat iron I have used; the results were dramatically straight ends with no frizzing, and a lot of body! I previously tried about 10 different items, and none of them gave me the results of the Baby Bliss! I am so happy that I took the leap and made this investment! My confidence is higher, and I feel like my hair has more bounce and sleek shine to it!
I love it! 5

Great product! It keeps my hair straight even when i sweat. This is definitely my new go to!
Amazing, until it suddenly stopped working 4

This is by far the best flat iron I've ever had. With every other brand I've used I'd have to set it at 450° (yikes) to actually get my hair straight but with this one 350° does the job. It glides through your hair like butter and doesn't pull or cause any static at all. I straighten my hair literally every day and this flat iron takes half the time as usual. However!!! It randomly stopped heating up past 90° after only eight months, and after reading the other reviews it looks like I'm not alone. I took very good care of it so I was disappointed, especially with the price. I threw out my receipt after a few months since I was past the point of being able to return it to Ulta without realizing I could send it back to the company for a replacement. I ordered a new one anyways because tbh it's worth spending the money even if I have to buy one or two every year. I also wish it had an automatic shut-off, even though you're supposed to unplug it, it would give me a little peace of mind. Hopefully the company makes some improvements so it lasts longer than a few months
Worth it so far 5

I've been sleeping on this brand for years and finally decided to try it... game changer! I had the prima in my hand but figured why not start with this one first? Now I'm wishing I would've paid the extra $80 because this basic one is exceptional so I'm sure the higher model is excellent! After blow drying, I was able to get my naturally curly hair bone straight in < 25 mins and the style has stayed for going on three days now with no touch ups (and taking good care of it at night). Honestly wish I would've gotten this forever ago, could've saved my ends and my time by not having to touch it up daily. I love it!!! As for some of the negative reviews, I assume it's user error. If you know how to finesse a flat iron, you'll love this. The outside panels heating up works great if you want to bump your ends or create a barrel curl.
Loved it!! But quit working 3

I've absolutely loved this iron. I've had it for 19months and it quit working. Won't turn on at all. Disappointed because it was a great product while it worked. Not sure I want to pay the price for a new one.
Worth the price! 5

I have coarse, wavy, hair, and it ALWAYS looks slightly frizzy. I've used a flat iron for years to smooth my hair out, but could never get results like my stylist. Finally, on my last salon visit, I asked what she used, and she recommended this brand. From the first time I used it, the results were exactly like hers. I'm kicking myself for not buying one of these years ago. If you struggle with straightening your hair, I would absolutely recommend this.
Amazing 5

This straightener worked so good on my naturally curls hair and it got hot super quick. Very impressed with how silky my hair turned out!

Heats up super fast and only need to make one pass on hair.
My first straightener and I love it! 4

I bought this straightener after it was recommended by an Ulta hair stylist. She recommended nano titanium technology. I purchased the smaller size only because I have short hair and like a smaller tool to work with. Overall I'm very happy with it. It does a good job of straightening my hair which is wavy with lots of frizz. It looks so pretty after I'm done.
Awesome tool 5

I love this flat iron. I wish I didn't need it asap because Groupon has the same with a baby bliss dryer for the same price as this flat iron.
I would not buy this 1

I decided to look for a new straightener, since I found that my old Conair one was always leaving my hair dry and dull feeling. I came across this flat iron after looking for a while and finally decided to try it over the BaByliss Pro Ultra thin flat iron, mainly due to the price difference even despite the better reviews the ultra thin one had. Overall, I really like the iron and I'm glad I purchased it. It has everything I was looking for and left my hair feeling very soft and not damaged at all. The only thing I don't like is that if your hair is not completely untangled, the iron will pull on your hair a bit as you straighten or style your hair. Also, I recommend you get a heat resistant glove if you're going to use this product because even the outside surface of the iron gets very hot. The reason I only gave it 4 stairs is because of the steep price.
It's a keeper 5

Easy to use. Heats up fast and it's does a better job than my CHI
I love this hot iron 🙌🏻 5

This hot iron works great on my naturally curly/frizzy hair, and the iron actually makes it look more conditioned!
Works great for a little while... 1

I'm on my 3rd one of these! The first 2 stopped heating up within 3-6 months. The 3rd one now has a broken spring which broke after 10 months, so I manually have to open & close it! That is no easy task while straightening your hair! I really liked this straightener but it's it not worth all these problems and the hassle of returning every time!
works fast but nothing special 3

I was looking to replace my old CHI and meant to buy a different babyliss pro but this one was underneath the wrong display. Accidentally grabbed this one and figured I would give it a try. it straightens very quickly, doesnt snag the hair like my beat up CHI did but... it does not leave the hair feeling soft. Left my hair quite dry and crunchy. May return and buy a ceramic one instead
Very pleased with this Product 5

I am very pleased with this straightener, I chose it because after reading the reviews I decided it would be good for my thick, coarse hair. I love the smooth plate and the way it straightens my hair without frizz or static. I love that it has a digital readout on the top, and a memory feature. The memory feature is nice, you can easily recall the last setting once you get a good temperature for your particular hair styling. The digital read out on the top makes it easier to control the temperature as opposed to a dial read-out with small numbers like my previous iron.
I would not buy this flat iron again 2

I hate this flat iron seriously, I used to have the chi and I heard so many great things about the baby bliss pro being get for naturally curly thick hair. First off it allows me to flat iron my hair kind of good and when I go to use it to curl the ends it does not do it I can't explain it but I really dislike it, I'm going to probably go back to chi
Love it 4

Great plates, not happy about no auto shut off and clamp to keep it closed. Long cord which is awesome.
Would it work for very very thick curly hair? 5

Does this product work for very very thick curly hair?
Only last 2 months 1

at first this was the best flat iron I've ever used. I have thick, wavy hair and I only had to make one pass. I was so disappointed when it stopped working after only 2 months. It wouldn't heat past 90 degrees. Thankfully I kept the receipt and was able to return it
