Despite that this is relatively expensive for a lip moisturizer it is my favorite. I am almost out because I use it almost daily and will be getting another.

Comments about Lano Lips 101 Ointment Strawberry Multi-Balm:

This product smells really good, like artificial strawberries, and it lasts for such a long time! It got rid of the flaky bits on my lips, and it lasts throughout the night. This is also really good for your cuticles or any other part of your body where you're dry. Would highly recommend, but it is more on the expensive side for an ointment.

I will never buy another chap stick again

Comments about Lano Lips 101 Ointment Strawberry Multi-Balm:

I have always had chapped lips. Sadly I was that child with the red ring around her mouth. All grown up now I no longer have the ring but I am still a lip licker. Which is a terrible habit I cant seem to break. I have tried many different chap sticks, balms, salve. But I have pretty sensitive lips and if it didn't just dry me out completely, then I would wake up with something that resembles razor blade gashes down my lips. Cough cough, Burts Bees Wax. I love lipsticks and all the matte pretties out there but they don't agree with me :(
My lips constantly flake/shed and show every line in them. I'm lucky to not have cold sores or cracking and bleeding...but I still feel very unkissable at times. I did some research and came across Lanolips. I read how it originated and loved that it was made from something real instead of just a bunch of chemical goo. It is thick and if it does get cold its a lil harder to squeeze (don't be a sissy). I don't carry it in my pocket of fear it will break and bust at the applicator. I'm still unkissable at times. But I do feel my lips look so much healthier than they did before. And when it does wear off I don't notice it like I did with other brands. So I don't "crave" it and have to reapply 18 times a day. I really feel like this penetrates and absorbs into the skin. I also bought the Banana Sheen, but I like the Strawberry best!!

Comments about Lano Lips 101 Ointment Strawberry Multi-Balm:

This Lano lips balm is amazing! I hope to never be without it. We have harsh winters here in Ohio and my lips suffer so I need something heavy duty for repair and protection. I have tried many other lip treatments but none compare. The strawberry smell is so good too. Unlike the body shops strawberry balm. Yick.

Comments about Lano Lips 101 Ointment Strawberry Multi-Balm:

I loved this upon applying. Lovely thick but very luscious texture. BUT within minutes, my lips began to burn, and swiftly they became inflamed and began to peel. I tried again the next day to see if it were caused by something else, but the same effects happened. I'm sure it was the lanolin. If you aren't sensitive, I think you'll love this.

I love everything about this lip balm. It's got feel good ingredients and is rather thick to stay put. I'm a balm and gloss gal and have tried many... always have a back up or 2.. or 3 of lano lips. Its my #1. No more overpriced lip mask for me..by another brand I won't mention.

Comments about Lano Lips 101 Ointment Strawberry Multi-Balm:

I bought this after reading a beauty blog about its many uses. Also I thought it would be pretty effective since lanolin is remarkably close to our own natural skin oils. I like how the tube is small enough for my purse and is multifunctional for a variety of skin problems.
Recently I became obsessed with stocking up after I got a cold sore. Typically my sores last about 4-5 days, but the peeling, open wound lasts for 10 or more days. I never pick or peel, but the skin around the sore is extremely dry and always cracking and bleeding. When healing is complete, I'm always left with a small scar. I've tried lots of ointments, balms and lip masks, but I'll still wake up on the next morning with dry lips and a fresh scab.
This lovely smelling ointment with no taste would stay on my lips overnight, so there was never a scab covered crack in my lip and my sore healed quickly.
I found out that there are other fruit scented ones (luv the smell of fruit) like apple, pear and peach, available in Australia and I'm planning on paying the extra $$ to have them shipped to me.

Stays on until you eat, it has a nice sheen and it's moisturizing. I'd say this is buildable, if you don't like a lot of product on your lips, you can use just a tiny smear. If you like more you can build it up a bit

This product saved my consistently dry lips! When you initially apply it (a little goes a long way!), it has a rather thick and tacky consistency, but this subsides after an hour, give or take. The stickiness is worth dealing with, as it seems to create a super protective and nourishing layer over your lips which lasts for hours. At a maximum, I only have to apply it twice a day, which is awesome in my book.
