A dream for OILY, ACNE prone
If you have oily skin, or are acne prone, this foundation is a DREAM. And it is actually, IRL, an oil-free product, which is essential for the acne prone (& something that is so VERY hard to find in 2023+ cosmetics that decided to go "all natural" on us, meaning all the tree & plant oils are in it - NO THX!!) This is a medium coverage foundation, that stays in place for 24hrs, & is as matte as it gets. Keeps oily skin at bay the entire time it's on. I can't say enough about this product; my mom & sister use it as well, we all LOVE it. But we are combo skin, leaning to the oily side, & my mom & sis are very acne prone & sensitive skin - they can't even use fragrances it's so bad. One has rosacea. This covers it fully & DOES NOT CAUSE BREAKOUTS. WOOHOOOO!!!! Truly a gem for oily skin that needs something tht actually holds on for 24hrs without sliding off. You don't even need to set it! Beyond amazing - my ride or die foundation for life
This is my all time, life long, favorite foundation. It goes on SO smooth, lasts all day & all night long, does not cake or crease, & does not break my skin out. It simply looks flawless!!! ANd it feels so light; not at all heavy or mask like. If you do find it a bit on the dry side, since it is a matte formula, check out Loreal's Pro Glow version in this same Infallible foundation line. It's even better for over 40yo skin that needs more hydration & a bit of natural glow. But if you are an oily skin human like me, that wants full coverage +++ with a matte finish & oil control that lasts at least 24-36 hours - this cannot be beat!! Try it, it's a fantastic value!! This performs better than most hi end foundations, including EL's Double Wear. Thx Loreal!! xoxo
Horrible on mature skin
I did use this about 2 years ago. I'm not sure if there's been a formula change, but results were very different from what it used to be. Every single fine line and pore was majorly highlighted. I'd go without foundation before using this again.
Had to try two shades this oxidizes
I wanted to love this. I bought dhade 108 and when i applied it in the bathroom I lookes airbrushed. It also looked like the perfect shade. When i went outside I looked at myself on the car mirror and i looked orangey-brown. I was heading to work I wiped it off it was so embarrassing. I got shade 107 and to my surprise it also oxidizes and looks like I out bronzer on just my face. I wish the color stayed the same way as when applied.
