Most Helpful Positive Review if you have wave or frizz problems, you HAVE to try this!
I am 62 years old with very long brown hair infused with white streaks which has been straight all my life. I have never dyed it nor have I used a hair dryer on it but as I've gotten older my hair has changed along with the rest of me. It has dried wavier and frizzier over the years. A hairdresser convinced me that flat ironing it once a week wouldn't hurt it and I stupidly believed her. My hair looked gorgeous but it also started breaking so that ended that. I saw an ad for this product and the conditioner and primer and went for it with their $30. trial package.
It's amazing. They are using the perfect description for this...invisible oil because your hair ends up feeling so ridiculously silky you think it Must feel oily but it doesn't!
I only wash my hair once a week and I have used these products 4 times (and I still have enough for a couple more) and I noticed a difference the first time but I figured it was due to switching products. By the second time I definitely saw a difference and now I honestly look forward to washing my hair. It's like the products are re-training it! That sounds silly, I know but its absolutely true. And for me, a huge added bonus is the fragrance. I hate fragrances for the most part. But my hair smells so wonderful I actually find myself catching it up just to breath it in.
It's expensive stuff and I don't have money to throw away but I will buy all 3 of these products when my samples run out. My hair has never looked or smelled so wonderful.
Most Helpful Critical Review Definitely not for me
Obviously I'm in a tiny minority here, but I threw mine away (same with the conditioner). My hair is medium wavy, with a tendency to puffiness, straight in dry weather and curly in humidity. The Invisible Oil Shampoo and Conditioner make my hair look worse no matter the weather - shapeless and puffy.
I use a lot of B&B products, and I do like the Prep product in this line.

I have bought a million anti-frizz products over the year and have never noticed any difference with any of them. I tried this B&B product because I wanted something different than the Dry Bar Heat Spray I'd been using, and didn't like. I am 49 years old and my hair is coarse and it has always been frizzy, I have thick hair that has to be flat ironed to look normal. I spray this in when it's towel dried and after I have blow dried, my hair feels soft like it did when I was a teenager. I love it and am so impressed with the product. I also bought the matching oil serum that I use before flat ironing. The stuff is expensive but I know that the spray will last me at least a year. I never write reviews but I would encourage any one with frizzy, dry, damaged looking course hair to give it a try.
Nice but too expensive
Eeps from PA
I have very fine, very frizzy colored hair and it's hard to find products that smooth without weighing it down. This definitely works, but I just can't stomach the price. Buy the liters and use a coupon if you can to make it more reasonable. My scalp was getting really itchy after using this for a while and I switched to the Paul Mitchell tea tree products, scalp feels a lot better and so does my wallet.

You can wash every day with this and your hair looks great!
Tessa from Tx
It's okay but makes my hair a little heavy because it's very moisturizing but it also made my hair hard which I have thick curly hair. Also be careful on the amount you use it only takes a little bit. For along time I have been using emu oil shampoo from healthy hair plus online because it makes my hair look healthy but also causes me pimples. I still use the sulfate free emu conditioner because it makes my hair soft. I also tried some Shea moisturizer products and nah makes my hair dry and hard to much protein in there products. Now I am using deva curl low poo shampoo and I'm really liking it a lot so far😊
Great even for find hair
Meg from Pennsylvania
I have fine hair, but a dry scalp and frizzy hair. I have used so many different products, including different shampoos and conditioners of BB. I absolutely love this product! It gives my hair extra moisture without weighing it down and no frizz!!
Didn't work for me
Amber from chesapeake, va
I have some friz..Blonde balayge treated hair. This product did nothing for me it was so different from using drug store shampoo at a premium price. Not worth the money at all. It lathered nice and little product was needed...the only nice thing about it.
The Jury is Still Out
Rose from West Bend, WI
I've only used the shampoo twice this past week...so the jury is still out! The lather is amazing, so much so that I have to remind myself to use less! The shampoo cleans very well even in my hard water. I use a tea tree base shampoo for and bit of eczema I have near the nape of my neck, so I worry about using the invisible oil shampoo exclusively. I guess I just have to bite the squash and use it every time w/o tea tree and see what happens. The fragrance is great!
Amazing for wavy/fizzy hair
Tattooed momma from SC
I've always used high quality, salon products but they still left my hair frizzy. I have extremely long, wavy hair and I needed something that could control it. I tried this stuff and it was night and day. My hair is soft, I can actually come my fingers through my hair! Hopefully my hair continues to respond!

I wash my hair only 2 days a week. Very dry! This is perfect for me and I love it. I have checked the reviews over and over and this is the best ever!
It's like Gold for my damaged dry hair!
jMac from Orange County
A little bit goes a long way. Good thing considering the high price.
It HAS sulfate in it!
Allie from Alabama
I've been using this shampoo for weeks until I realized it contained sodium sulfate in the ingredients list. It advertises as "paraben and sulfate free." I have color treated hair and no longer feel comfortable using it or that this is the right shampoo for me, just something to consider when you're buying this product! Always read the labels.
I will definitely be buying this product again and recommend
Nicole from Oceanside Ca
I love the way this product works through my hair.
Love the scent
Log Cabin Girl from Los Gatos, CA
My favorite thing about this shampoo is the scent! I use it about 2x a week and it's perfect for when I want my hair to be soft and moisturized but I don't have time to deal with a leave-in conditioner (like showering in a hurry at the gym). Unfortunately, I can't use it *every* time I shampoo though because seems to weigh my hair down over time, so I alternate with Bb Gentle.
This is the only shampoo I use
WS19 from Boston, MA
This product is great for all seasons. It is lightweight enough to not weigh down my hair, but hefty enough to not allow my curls to go crazy.
Love this shampoo!

This shampoo works and smells AMAZING!
Hair Feels Clean
Lavery121 from Rochester, Ny
I love that a little bit of this goes a long way. I have medium thickness hair, and feel that just a few drops covers my whole scalp. My hair feels super clean after using this. Unfortunately, the hair conditioning counterpart to this shampoo is terrible and I do not recommend it at all because I have to use at least a 1/4 of it everytime I condition just to feel even remotely smooth hair. Shampoo is great! Conditioner is trash!
I think I found my new favorites shampoo
Jenn from Eugene, Or
I've been using bumble and bumble for years now. I'm generally not one to stray away from what I like. When I went to order, my shampoo was not in stock. Disappointed, I ordered this one with the hopes it would live up to the creme de coco. It sure did! I still get the nice lather and lots of bubbles in my hair.
I would buy this product over and over
Little One from HOUSTON, Texas
I love the smell and how my hair feels

In love with this shampoo and conditioner. Leaves my hair so soft.
Best Shampoo Ever!!
Allie from Georgia, US
I have been looking for a shampoo for YEARS that would not make my hair greasy. I am extremely into haircare and I have tried Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Amika, Bed Head, Playa, and so many more brands. Then I decided to look up the ingredients in shampoo and see why it may not have been working. I looked up some of the ingredients (sulfates, parabens) that may have been making my hair so oily. While this brand is not sulfate free, it is cruelty-free, and this shampoo is paraben, phthalate, mineral-oil, and formaldehyde free (from the actual website). It works WONDERS for my hair. I've been using it for a little over my month and I can go up to three/four days without washing my hair! It used to get greasy every other day. (I bought it directly from the website BUT this is the same thing and I wanted to help online buyers!!). It is not just for curly-haired women - and it works well with my color-treated hair. Also, I use a dime-sized amount and it is enough to lather my whole head!! A bit expensive but you get a lot of use out of it. I highly recommend!
Amazing shampoo & smells great!
Sara H from Conestoga, PA
This product paired with the conditioner is amazing. Hair is left feeling hydrated, soft and clean.
Not worth the money
Kristy from Chicago
Not worth the money. Feel like it made me lose more hair than I normally do.
Hair feels clean for days
Rachel88 from Illinois
The Hairdresser's invisible oil shampoo leaves my hair clean for days and I only need 1 to 2 dime size at a time for my thick, medium length hair.
Not working for me
Lolly 63 from Southern CA
I had high hopes for this product as I am now in my early 60's and my hair is quite dry. Unfortunately, my hair still feels dry and actually has become more frizzy than usual when I use this product. Also, the fragrance is quite nondescript, boring actually.I will use it up as it is not inexpensive, but I will not purchase again. I have had the Color Minded shampoo; it smells great and leaves my hair feeling good; I will most likely go back to that one.
Sydney from Everett, WA.
I have thick, fairly healthy hair, medium-long length. Have been using other brands and wanted to return to Bumble & Bumble. Settled on this one and I HATE IT. Love the scent, but that's about. Using "just a dab" of shampoo like the directions say, but my hair just feels dirty, lots of static and get limp and oily fast. Conditioner isn't much better. Going to try a different B&B shampoo...this one just wasn't for me.
