I was especially looking forward to trying out Saturday Skin Korean skincare brand's Yuzu Vitamin C Sleep Mask. Yuzu is supposed to have 3x more vitamin c than a lemon and is loaded with other antioxidants. These fight free radicals and are supposed to help support the skin barrier.This mask is meant to be used at the very end of your evening skincare routine, after your regular hydrating cream. Just apply a suitable, even layer around the skin. I would suggest avoiding getting this too close to the delicate skin around the eyes and lips. This is meant to be left on overnight. Hence the name sleep mask.Suggested use 35x a week, but I caution anyone new to using this, patch test first to rule out any adverse effects. And, introduce this into your routine slowly. Try 1x a week to start and build up once you are sure you tolerate the sleep mask. Most sleep masks target hydration. While the Saturday Skin one does as well, it also imparts a high dose of vitamin C and A both very beneficial and intense ingredients for brightening and evening out skin texture exfoliation.Unfortunately, my skin is far too sensitive to tolerate the use of this sleep mask. Even with copious amounts of my hydrating cream between the surskin of my skin and this, it was still a hint irritating. It is a shame because the gel texture and light citrus scent in the Saturday Skin Yuzu Sleeping Mask are really enjoyly.
