How To Use
Using essence Wow What A Brow Pen Waterproof, brush brow hair up vertically with the spoolie end. Using the product end, fill in any gaps or sparse areas until desired look is achieved. Brush out brows once more using spoolie end. Pair with essence Lash Brow Gel Mascara or essence Fix It Like A Boss Transparent Brow Fixing Gel to set brows in place.
