Works to help regrow hair!

These hair growth supplements (take 4 capsules daily) have helped with regrowth, and after two months of diligent use I'm seeing new baby hairs growing! I'm in my 40s, perimenopause stage and my hair was thinning on the hairline. I've been taking this for more than 3 months now and started to notice that my hairline is more filled in. Still not much to see, I've only noticed since I took pictures to compare, but I'm hopeful and plan to continue to see what happens. So far I didn't experience any upset stomach, but I did experience acne breakout in the 1st month. Not sure if it's adaptation side effect or my irregular period happened to come. My hair is THRIVING! I've been taking this for the last few months and I can definitely see the difference. My curls are thick, shiny, and bouncy. I've had so many compliments. And this is even after balayage which isn't the kindest for my strands. I take the supplements with food/water. They do have a bit of a taste to them but it soon washes away with a drink. It's working
Gifted by nutrafol. The first thing I want to say is even though the pills look big they were incredibly easy to take. I have issues with swallowing anything big because it will get lodged in my throat but what ever is used for these capsules is awesome and I had no issues taking them. After almost 3 months of taking them I am seeing new growth coming in around my face. Overall my hair is feeling thicker and stronger. I also have less fall out. I've tried other hair vitamins before but never got results until trying the Nutrafol women's balance. I will says they are on the more expensive side but worth it.
