Apply a small amount with the cooling wand to the under-eye area and blend outward with a damp Dominique Essential beauty sponge for a seamless finish. For extra coverage, layer gently where needed and press Smooth & Blur Setting Powder over the concealer with a sponge or brush to lock in the look.
