Apply a small amount with the cooling wand to under-eye areas and blend outward with the applicator or a sponge for even coverage. For a seamless finish, blend further with a damp Dominique Essential beauty sponge. To set and lock the look, press Smooth & Blur Setting Powder over the concealer using a sponge or brush. Reapply as needed for extra coverage.

Lovely for "vintage" skin
I have been using this concealer for about two months now. I really enjoy the metal tip on the doefoot. The product spreads smoothly. A little goes a long way. The coverage is full but hydrating. Definitely recommend it to my mature, vintage-skin beauties.
