Apply a small amount with the cooling wand to the under-eye area or any areas needing coverage, then blend gently with a damp Dominique Essential beauty sponge or a brush for a seamless finish. For longer wear and a smooth, blurred look, press Smooth & Blur Setting Powder over the concealed area with a sponge or brush. Reapply as needed for extra coverage.
