Hardly any hold, no volume, sticky like buildup
I have 2c/3a hair and despite applying quite a bit, this mousse gave me almost NO hold and simply resulted in a dry looking, sticky/starchy hair surface. I have fine/normal hair and I typically love mousse for helping create volume in my roots and giving my curls the light but stronger hold they nee...

First time using this & so far I am liking it. I have fine 3a/b curls & a lot of products have been disappointing. I'm experiencing a nice soft hold with defined curls. My hair still has movement & doesn't feel sticky. I may have just found my new go to!
Great curly mousse
I have type 4 hair and this surprisingly works great for defining my curls. The hold is light medium so i get away 2-3 days of a wash and go or a week of rod set. the great slip helps speed through detangling. Also smells yummy
Great for the right time...
To start: I have ultra fine, coily curly hair and tend to get the best results from lighter products, such as this one. Pros: The smell of this mousse is incredible (if you enjoy a gourmand scent profile) - very much like a caramel latte. This works very well for creating hold and definition a day or two before wash day, when I've already got other leave-in products in my hair and am trying to squeeze an extra day out before washing. I do lightly scrunch after applying to encourage curl formation. Cons: Because this is a lighter hold formula, it's not likely to give a lot of definition on it's own, and may not work for kinky curly, or coarse hair types. It does also leave a bit of stickiness, but applying to soaking wet hair seems to alleviate some of this in my experience.
