Use the plumping lip for the plumping effect then remove and apply the matte lipstick. If I layer the Plumping lip Filler on top of a lip stain, will the lip stain not last as long? Also, for my lips to plump, should it go on first or ontop of the lip stain?

- Official Answer By Essence - Brand EngageIf you add the pumping lip filler gloss on top of the lip stain it would remove the lip stain if it's still wet. We suggest adding the lip stain let it sit and then remove when the lips are dry and tinted we suggest using the lip filler gloss on top. I got this on a whim a few weeks ago, just trying to get my online cart up high enough to qualify for free shipping. Sure glad I did! I usually get the WAY more pricy Too Faced Extreme/max injection whatever for like 4-6 times the price, but I actually way prefer this. I don't know if my lips got us...

I bought this lip plumper thinking it would be great but my lips didn't look different even after layering it on. I don't even feel any tingling. I can tell by this price that it is a scam! I only like the color. (Also, why is it called what the fake?) It lives up to its name

I was a little frightened of the back tube, lol…it actually is not black, but a very dark purple that leaves a nice berry tint on your lips. There is a gentle tingle (as opposed to the annoyingly uncomfortable burn). I will definitely repurchase.

I purchased this one today, and after applying it, has now become my favorite one. (I also have the hot pink and the pearly white). I was hesitate at first to purchase because the tube looks black, however if you hold it up to the light it is actually dark purple. Once you apply to lips it shifts to a light berry shade.
