Absolutely not...
I've tried this twice now. The first time, despite using what I thought was plenty, my hair was SO dry and felt awful after. The second time, I tried using more but this time, my hair felt so heavy and greasy. I'm not sure what exactly this is supposed to do and I'll be passing on any further use.
Don't recommend
In the shower, my hair didnt feel conditioned or moisturized at all. It felt stiff and coarse. I rinsed thoroughly and my hair felt like straw when dried. I have blonde, shiny healthy hair.

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have curly hair and have been dealing with noticeable hair loss and thinning, so I'm very cautious about anything that could weigh my curls down or cause more shedding. This mask surprised me in the best way. It's truly lightweight but still deeply nourishing—my curls felt softer, more defined, and noticeably less frizzy after the first use. I didn't experience extra shedding in the shower, which is huge for me, and my hair felt stronger and smoother once dry. It didn't leave buildup or make my scalp feel heavy or irritated. I also noticed my curls had more bounce and elasticity instead of that limp, over-conditioned feeling. While it's not a miracle cure for hair loss, it's been a great supportive product in my routine for maintaining moisture, minimizing breakage, and helping my curls look healthier overall. Definitely a staple for fine to medium curly hair. This product was gifted to me

Hair Type Straight Hair
This was not good for my hair. I have highlighted hair and it didn't provide enough moist. I do have fibe hair. So, I thought this would be good. I returned. Very disappointed.
