As an esthetician, I'm not the biggest fan of mechanical exfoliation; scrubs, brushes, etc.... Many scrubs contain granules that can cause micro-tears on the outermost layer of your skin. It's difficult to ensure that they're evenly distributed on your skin to exfoliate, and they're difficult to tho...

This is the only vitamin c that does not irritate my skin.
Not impressed
I got this as a dupe for the Philosophy exfoliating cleanser but it's not as good. It's okay but not as exfoliating. It also smells bad and it's very difficult to rinse off. I have to use a washcloth to get the cleanser off. I'll finish the bottle but I won't repurchase.

I had high hopes for this serum which I purchased from retail store. My face reacted with tiny bumps especially a lot on my forehead. I would like to know if there are real, board certified dermatologists testing these serums. I wonder who actually participated in the trials? Were they the ones who have perfect skin and nothing bothers them? I wasted money buying this.
