Did the formula change?
Did this change? I've used this for about a year now, and the most recent bottle irritated my eyes badly. Before this it was perfect and didn't irritate them at all. I thought I was imagining it until I saw other reviews saying the same. I'm now trying other products to find a replacement.

The perfect eye makeup remover
It goes on without needing water. It is very easy on your skin while removing eye shadow, liner and mascara.
It works, but not the best for my oily eyelids
I gave this product a try and used it all. It does work well on waterproof makeup, but I personally find the formula too oily on my eyes. The price is great and I will soon try the oil free formula.
Religiously Buy This
This is a product I religously buy. I hate creams and wipes! This product wipes off my makeup so easily! I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner every day. I dont have to press hard and its fun to do a "one swipe" on each eye. I wish this product came in a bigger size! It does leave an oily residue, but i havent broken out from it (as someone with sensitive skin).

I won't be buying this again
I wanted the Ulta brand of oil-free remover but they were out. As this item removes waterproof makeup, one would think it would work well. But its not as good as the regular oil-free product as you have to use a lot and wipe hard to get the makeup off. Disappointing
