Did the formula change?
Did this change? I've used this for about a year now, and the most recent bottle irritated my eyes badly. Before this it was perfect and didn't irritate them at all. I thought I was imagining it until I saw other reviews saying the same. I'm now trying other products to find a replacement.

It burns my eyes
I wanted to love this, especially at the price point. It burned my eyes and skin around my eyes almost immediately. It took a week to calm down. Didnt remove as well as oil or balm removers, and you use the amount in the bottle quickly

Irritating
I used it to remove my eye makeup and it burns my eyelash line and my under eyes.
Not Good for Waterproof Mascara
I bought this makeup remover because it is clean beauty and I have sensitive eyes and skin. It said it removes waterproof mascara and while it removes some, it certainly doesnt remove all of it. Disappointed overall.
