Poor packaging
Opened it the first time and the eyeshadow stick flew out of the tube across the floor bc it was broken in 2 places. I spoke to customer service and they sentme a new one out very quickly, which i appreciate. But when i opened the new one, same thing happened, it was broken too. I had gotten one before from somewhere else and it was broken too. So i agree with alot of others, very poor packaging, but the eyeshadow is beautiful, goes on smooth and stays all day. I wanted to love it, bit it's aggravating having to shove the broken piece back down in the tube every time
Broke
I didn't get to use it. It broke on my first attempt. Very disappointing considering what it cost.
I would be this product again
It's such a pretty color. The only problem is that the eye shadow stick came out of the its holder. I just stuck it back in.
Pretty colors, poor packaging
I really wanted to like this product more. The color is beautiful. After some wear it does tend to crease, which is disappointing. I haven't tried it with eyeshadow primer because I really wanted it to be a one-and-done type deal, so that might solve that problem. As other reviewers have mentioned, the packaging isn't great. If you open it upside down the shadow *will* fall out, which is unacceptable for a high-end brand like Hourglass. If they changed the packaging this would be so much more pleasant to use.
Amazing product, horrible packaging!
This is a really great product, but after initially exchanging it due to it breaking immediately after purchase the same issue happened! I would like to see them change the design because i quite literally would buy it in every color. Unfortunately it's not worth it with the possibility of losing it on a whim when I go to open it.
