Start by applying to a clean lid. Hold marker horizontally to use the side of the tip. Apply along the top lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye working outward. At the end of upper lash line, draw a thin line extending towards end of the brow.

Dries out too fast
I bought this liner and I am very disappointed. First line goes on great but then it's too dry to do a second line, no matter how many times I shake it. It literally has to sit overnight in order for the liquid to fall to the tip. And I store it horizontally. I would not recommend. I've been waitin...

I bought this expecting to have a decentiner, and was very excited when I opened it, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to show any more than a very pale gray. I will not be buying this again

I bought this because it looked like it would give a great winged look on the package. A nicely pointed tapered tip to draw flawless lines. NOPE! Upon opening it, it had no pointed tip, but a blunt, fat tip that totally ruined my look. Application was everywhere, no precision anywhere. I hated it. And would like my money back to go purchase a new liner that I can actually use.
