Start by applying to a clean lid. Hold marker horizontally to use the side of the tip. Apply along the top lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye working outward. At the end of upper lash line, draw a thin line extending towards end of the brow.

Dries out too fast
I bought this liner and I am very disappointed. First line goes on great but then it's too dry to do a second line, no matter how many times I shake it. It literally has to sit overnight in order for the liquid to fall to the tip. And I store it horizontally. I would not recommend. I've been waitin...

Great eyeliner
I was surprised of the bad reviews As I came to repurchase this eyeliner I've used it for a while and applies easily very black and long lasting it has great pigment I've had the same pen for a while the only thing is that it gets eyeshadow all over especially with a shimmery lid but overall it's great eyeliner but if you are looking for a very matte eyeliner then no go with the nyx Matte eyeliner

I bought this to try and save money as I usually use the Kay Von D tattoo eyeliner. Not with it. It looks pretty on, but smudges way to easy, even 8 hours later, so it never dries. I'll continue to pay the extra money.

I am a loyal Loreal customer but do not like this product. Many other lines sell a product like this that is way better. Mine smudged all over my upper lid, I had to take all my eye make up off while I was out.. it was embarrassing. It is non water proof but the other products from other lines aren't either but they don't smudge. This is not worth it.

You have to press really hard to get anything to come out of the tip which makes it go on way to heavy. Also it smudged all over my face.
