For super hold finish: Shake well. Hold can 8-10" away, and spray in short bursts. To build volume: Spray between layers at base. To secure long hair dressing: Spray over finished style.

Is this to be used while hair is wet or dry?

Kenra answered that VOC is determined by state you live in. I live in Florida and I get both....sometimes it's 80% and sometimes 50%. I love the hold of the 80% but my hair is curly and needs "picking" and when I do that with the 80%, it hurts me because of the pulling of the hair even when I try to gently pick it and damages my hair. The 50% doesn't hold as well, but that is what I need to stop the damage. HOW CAN I GUARANTEE WHICH VOC I AM GETTING IF I ORDER FROM YOU? I love Kenra and don't want to give it up, but I must be able to tell what I am ordering when I order it.

Why change perfection
Used kenra 25 for over ten years. They changed it. They say they did not, but three cans of trying, its not the same.

I used Kenra 25 hairspray for years but not any longer! The ingredients have changed, it doesn't hold, and smells terrible now. Why did Kenra mess up a great product? I am currently using Big Sexy brand in my search for my new favorite hairspray. Kenra, please bring back the old formula.
