This has reduced the bags under my eyes but do not apply up to or under the lash line. Its too close to your eyes and burns really bad if you get any in your eyes. Not sure if its worth the risk yet. Will look for another one that does bags and aee if that one work as well as or better. Again, to not get in your eyes. I know it says that but its an eye serum!!! Hard to not get too close to the eyes when bags are BAD!
I was pleasantly surprised, but can be Irritating.
I was excited about this product. Wasn't sure if it was really working with the brightning effects or if it was just my mind playing tricks on me, but I did notice a change for good. But It is really Irritating to my eyes and the skin under my eyes, gets red and itchy and inflamed, flares up with this allergic reaction feeling after a couple of uses, causing my skin around my entire eyes area to feel dry and rough after the flare up for up to a week in recovery. So after I stop, I then continue after it heals just trying to figure out if it is in fact the product maybe being too aggresive for my skin, and same thing happens. So I guess im gonna have return it. Which is really disapointing cause I really did like this product. I really did felt It was in fact doing what it was intended to do. ):

Its an amazing product and works very well at diminishing dark circles and brightening all around the eyes The only problem i had was that the pump quit working when i was half way thru the product However i will purchase this product again
