Disappointed
I have never hated straightening my hair like i have now. Its constant hair pulling, breaks my hair with every pull. I am so disappointed with this straightner. Price ain't cheap either for the quality to be this bad.
Constant burns and pulls hair
I have been straightening my hair for decades. Never in my life have i been so repeatedly burned from a hair tool. The curved edges are great in THEORY. in reality i have burned my hands, foreheads, ears, you name it. Impossible to not get burned or have your hair pulled. No thank you. Tried to stick with this for a while thinking initially it was a learning curve, but no. Its just a poorly designed flat iron.
Hair gets stuck
I bought the 1 inch, love the color and curved edges for curling, however, the plates have gaps and chunks of your hair get stuck in them when running your hair through, the worst part is trying to get your hair out, it gets totally stuck under the plate and causes damage by having to pull it out. I ended up returning it because it's not a good tool to use, especially if you want to use it quickly and efficiently.

TERRIBLE FLAT IRON
Terrible hair straightener, pulls my hair out in the huge crevice it has between the iron and the surrounding area. Pulls SEVERAL hairs out every single time I use. The iron is WAY too small SAVE YOUR MONEY go for a different brand.
