The box was vague with directions on how to use the product. Differing information said your lips should look instantly plump with moisture, however also "4 weeks for fuller looking lips". I received this Neutrogena Lip Plumping Treatment as a gift, and I'm honestly impressed. It smells amazing—light vanilla—and feels so nice on the lips. It glides on smoothly, feels very hydrating, and gives a subtle plumping effect without any discomfort. My lips feel soft and nourished every time I use it. I love how comfortable it feels, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

This product was gifted to me by Neutrogena. I love applying this to my lips day and night as part of my skincare routine and reapplying throughout the day, especially during the winter time! It has a sweet vanilla scent that will leave your lips plump and hydrated.
GIFTED : Still have to give it some time
I have naturally full lips but my top lip is a little less full than my bottom. There was no tingling feelings my lips just felt moisturized and glossy. I have only used it one day so will have to wait to see other results. Right now would just use as a moisturizer.
