I must have in my routine
I've been using The Ordinary's sunscreen for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly, mineral-based SPF. The formula is fragrance-free, which is great for sensitive skin, and I appreciate the added antioxidants for extra protection. However, it does ...

Irritated my skin
As someone who wears sunscreen everyday, I'm always looking for the best formula for my skin. I received the UV Filters SPF 45 Serum Broad Spectrum Sunscreen gifted by the Ordinary but unfortunately, this one is not for me. This is a very runny formula, even after shaking the bottle well, which make...

Disappointing
There is quite literally nothing special about this - it's a normal sunscreen that they've just called a serum. If anything it's worse than normal bc it's greasy. Not worth the price whatsoever.
Sits well with makeup
I love this sunscreen and use it daily! I use it under the elf hydrogrip primer and dont have issues with it breaking. My skin leans towards combo and it hasnt caused any breakouts. Purchased twice now!
Unfortunately pretty greasy
I wanted to like this so bad but i did break out probably because it's sticky and greasy. Will use on other parts of my body to not let it go to waste but unfortunately will stick with my beauty of joseon
Way too oily
I tried this on my hand in store before purchasing and thought it'd be hydrating and easy to blend. Once I tried it on my face, I found it to be way too oily! I had to powder my face to feel like I could go outside, which I never do. Immediately returned it.
Would be great if it didn't cause massive breakout
As someone with combination, sensitive, deep brown skin, finding a daily SPF is a constant battle. I need an SPF that doesn't pill on top of my morning skin care and wears well under makeup without causing too much oilyness or my makeup to shift (a little bit is unavoidable) and doesn't break me out. I double cleanse every night. Anything that I have had some success with is super expensive, so at this price point I had to try it. Initially, I was pleased. It wears really well, with and without makeup and does not leave a white cast. However, after about a week+ I suddenly had a severe acne breakout. The only thing I had changed in my routine was the SPF. The acne is deep and painful and a deal-breaker for this product. The price was too good to be true.
