Use after your moisturizer, but before your face primer. Apply a small amount onto your finger or use directly onto your under eye area where you apply concealer. Using your fourth finger, gently dab product in until soaked into skin.

A Big Ol' Shrug
I had what seems like a very different experience from the other reviews, which was a bummer— from them I was expecting to have a nice bb-cream-esque alternative to a full concealer, but it really doesn't do much of anything. Works better than anticipated
I purchased this to prime my under eyes because I use eyeshadow the color of my skin under my eyes instead of concealer. There's no creasing or visible fine lines. With it being a heavy powder product I figured I need an under eye primer. It works so well. It's lightly tinted med some days I don't need to wear the eyeshadow as concealer. It's perfect for my needs.

I wasn't impressed with this under eye primer. I thought it would have more of an under eye cover concealing affect but it didn't. It was of a nearly colorless, thin consistency and didn't provide any real benefits.
Perfect primer!
I needed something to hydrate before applying under eye concealer and this is IT. So soothing and provides nice foundation for concealer.

Love the product, hate the package
This product is great at smoothing out my undereyes and moisturizing my dry, baggy skin. I definitely think it helps my concealer last. But Ulta, please fix the packaging! So much product is wasted because the applicator isn't long enough to reach to the bottom of the bottle. Product is also left over at the top of the bottle because the applicator can not bend to reach it. Trust me I have tried.
