Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including, limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am-2 pm. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor. Other Information: Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun. May stain some fabrics.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or call a Poison Control Center right away.

Seriously. I have fair to light, neutral cool skin, so I typically dont have any white cast issues when it comes to sunscreen as long as I rub it in well enough. When I say that this sunscreen leaves a white cast, I mean it turns my skin AT LEAST 2 shades lighter. The smell is also really off puttin...

Does a great job protecting from the sun and doesnt break me out like all of the other more petroleum based stick sunscreens. It doesnt run in my eyes when im exercising and its great for travel. Im honestly so glad this exists!
Dries out skin!
I used a lot of it on my arms and hands because it was very sunny outside and found that this formula really dries out your skin.
White cast
It does leave a white cast and you have to rub it in but it takes awhile. Dont recomend it for the face

Its zinc… it's going to leave a bit of a white cast. Just rub it in and it's gone. 4 stars because it works well, doesn't break me out, and is easy to travel with. The stick does crumble a bit, wasting some product, which is my only complaint.
