On wet hair, start with a quarter-sized amount and add more as needed to create a rich lather. Massage it in at the scalp, then work it all the way through to the ends. Rinse well and follow with the Ultra Lightweight Softening Conditioner.
Tip: Massage it into the back of your head, too! Most people forget that spot and it helps when trying to achieve body + movement.

An anomaly in contrasts
Hair Type Wavy Hair
This shampoo managed a great feat -- somehow making my long, wavy hair both incredibly oily (I usually wash every 3 days, but was oily at the beginning of end of Day 1/beginning of Day 2 when using this) and dry and brittle as straw.

This shampoo and conditioner left my hair extra dry and frizzy. The smell isn't very pleasant either. I have better results with the Kristin Ess pink bottle. Two stars because it was extremely affordable compared to other brands, but obviously you get what you pay for.

The fragrance in this shampoo is way too strong, I actually got horrible headaches after i used it. I dont recommend if your sensitive to perfum.
