So far so good

I have been testing out this product for a few weeks now, day and night. I have to say that so far I am pretty satisfied. It hydrates well and controls the oil on my forehead. In fact, I think it might control it a bit too much. Maybe it's just me and I'm getting used to this moisturizer, because it... isn't a thick moisturizer, but I feel that my forehead feels a tad bit tight after applying it. My forehead doesn't get dry, it just feels a tiny bit tight. This is not deterring me though from continuing to use the product as my forehead doesn't get dry. I am very happy that when I wakeup in the morning, I don't have dry flakes on my face, so it definitely hydrates throughout the night! I have noticed, as others have pointed out, that after applying it, my face feels a bit tacky. I think this is a result of some of the ingredients but again, it doesn't deter me. I just wait for it to fully soak in for about 5-10 minutes and then I'll apply my Bare Minerals makeup without any issue. I don't use a primer for my makeup as I feel a good moisturizer can substitute as a primer and the less I put on my face, the better. So if I can eliminate a primer and just use this moisturizer, I'm set. As far as my acne, I feel it hasn't caused any new breakouts. Even though I've only been using it for a few weeks, I feel like this moisturizer has great potential for those with acne-prone skin. I personally fluctuate between oily and combination skin (depending on the time of year) and I currently have about 1-2 active pimples on my face that are pretty small as well as some acne scars, and this moisturizer hydrates well and is not causing more breakouts. Maybe with continued use it will improve my skin and help even out my skin tone? I feel like there is only one way to find out and that is to continue using this product for a good month and see how things go. But so far, I am not dissatisfied. I do feel that if the tightness continues to bother me, I might pick up the regular Ultra Facial Moisturizer and try that one out. But for an oil-free version, this one is a great pick! On a side note, I also wanted to mention the price. I purchased the 4.2oz bottle for $26. I honestly feel that the price is worth it! Before, I was using a Yes To Carrots moisturizer that is only 1.7oz for about $15. For about $11 more, this is definitely worth the price as I'm getting more than double what I was getting before.
