The best hands down
Absolutely the best brow product I've ever used! I received Blinc Brow Juice as a sample and had the chance to really put it to the test — and I'm honestly blown away. Need this
I did not purchase through ULTA. I do need to tell my menopausal squad that this is a life saver for when your brows decide to not grow and your going thru hair loss patches when going thru menopause. This tubing saved me. I can't let this produst go without giving it the acknowledgement it needs for saving me. I used this with very little pencil in where my brows were patchy.
