@ I have thick, coarse naturally curly hair that's below my shoulders. I am looking for a gel to define the curl as it dries. Would this gel do that? My experience is....not anymore! I have the same hair type and have used this gel for decades, but I have very long thick hair so I purchase large quantities. I find it no longer holds like it used to. I can tell they changed their formula, so I'm searching for a new product moving forward. Sorry to have to change and wish the would return to the old formula. :-(

Why is this product not good anymore? Been using this gel daily for 35 years. Will PM correct this formula mistake? I would suggest everyone not buy this product for now. It is not good. Please don't list a number to call to answer my questions so all customer can benefit from your response.

I have used Super Clean Sculpting Gel for over fifteen years. It is now a runny liquid, and no longer a gel consistency. I will be aiming to place the gel in my palm but it will pour out of the tube like uncontrolled water and run between my closed fingers and hit the floor! Why the change? Hopefully this is an error in manufacturing and can be corrected.

I've been using this gel for years. I ran out a few weeks ago and the big bottle is alway out at my Ulta so I had to get the matrix gel which I will be returning soon. This gel is so easy to use and blends well with other products. I have curly thick hair and it slides right on. It's not heavy.....

Disappointed...not at gel. It is liquid.
Used this product for years. Stock up when on sale, but this last time the product was liquid. Poured out onto my hands. Very disappointed. Sales clerk said they probably changed the formula. They then should change the name.

I have been using this gel for over a decade on my porous curly hair. The secret I have found is to add a pump of Potion 9 leave in and mix together with the gel to apply to wet hair--perfection!! I've tried many others, but always come back to this combination!
