For the Low Porosity Folks!
I started using this about 3 months ago. For better understanding, I have very dense & very thick/type 4/low porosity hair. I get really bad product buildup and since my hair has gotten longer, it's been really hard to find a proper cleaser that weaves it's way through each strand, leaves my scalp free of residue, and doesn't strip my hair of moisture. This one is it! Will be my go to weeekly shampoo from here on out!

i loved it.
ive been using this along with the conditioner for well over a year now. At first, it was all good. My hair felt more hydrated, less frizy and overall looked better. now, I'm not sure if they've changed the ingredients or what, but my scalp now itches like crazy, its complelely dried my hair out & has been falling out significantly. I have tried to cut so many different things off of my routine to see what it could possibly be and unfortunately, after switching shampoo and conditioner i could tell after the first wash that it was this that was the problem.

I have two stars instead of one because When i first tried this product it seemed like my hair loved it . Used it for about 2-3 years, but now idk if something has changed in the ingredients but my scalp gets extremely itchy dry and flakey after using it now and i also have a ton of hair falling out when i shower now. So now i have to repair my scalp . So i decided its time to throw it away and try something new :(
