Great Product with a Blurring Effect
As someone with a medium skin tone featuring warm olive undertones, I am always on the lookout for setting powders that not only complement my complexion but also provide a flawless finish. After discovering the Ultra-Blur Talc-Free Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Honey, I can confidently say it...

Great product
I absolutely love product. It keeps makeup mat and in place.
Acne prone or sensitive skin, beware
This "ultra blur" version of LM's powder broke me out terribly. Worst acne of my life! I wish they would STOP using SUNFLOWER SEED OIL; their OG setting powder is not a problem for me, as it does NOT contain this awful oil. (Note that the OG version does contain soybean oil; even though the product specifically states that it is OIL-FREE. Wow, lie to our faces dontcha, lol.) I realize this ultra-blur version is supposed to be more hydrating... but... at a cost: scarring for life was not what I expected. & I'm a huge lifelong fan of LM's powders, but this ULTRA BLUR version is one that went directly in the trash. I received nothing but BAD ACNE, like I was a teen again, after 3 days use; the deeply painful cystic kind, that takes weeks-months to resolve. I'm still attempting to correct this LM breakout from 2 months ago. Not sure I'll ever lose the scars. Acne prone & sensitive skin? Go with the OG version (get the black cap ONLY; not the light cap!! Unless soybean oil is also a problem for you, then look outside of LM.) The only powders I've found to date that truly are OIL-FREE are Morphe's Bake & Set powder, ELF's halo glow setting powder, & Cover Girl's Simply Ageless pressed powder. The ONLY 3 powders that are friendly for acne prone & sensitive skin that I've found in my 45yrs!! Even if they claim to be "oil-free", check the ingredients closely.
Fantastic setting powder for aging/dry skin!
Now that I'm in my late 30's, it's incredibly hard to find a powder that doesn't make me look older than I am. This was recommended to me by a sales associate, and I am SO grateful for her. This stuff is the absolute best for my normal/dry aging skin. It helps to blur my fine lines and pores, and it never makes me look dry or cakey. A word of advice, I tried setting my skin tint with a powder brush but it didn't really work. Definitely follow the directions, and use a velour puff to achieve maximum blurring.
