The first 4 ingredients in order are: water, glycerin, sodium citrate, and artificial color. Essentially this is a bottle of blue glycerin. Glycerin is a good ingredient. It is a humectant that is able to draw moisture from the environment and hydrate the skin. But the rest of the ingredients are underwhelming. There is a strong perfume like smell and enough blue dye to stain your bathroom counter if it spills. There are sooooooo many better toners out there.

Bought this last year, used a few times and it didnt do anything good. It broke me out a little bit and I returned it. Everything by Lancome makes me breakout, I'm acne prone so if you are too ide be careful. There are better options out there with better ingredients. Trust me on that.
