The first 4 ingredients in order are: water, glycerin, sodium citrate, and artificial color. Essentially this is a bottle of blue glycerin. Glycerin is a good ingredient. This is my favorite toner hands down. I used this one until I ran out then I decided to try Thayer's since it was less expensive and that one was okay but this one is way better. It leaves my skin feeling soft and actually hydrated! Worth the money in my view!

I tried my friend's toner (same brand) and I really liked it so I looked online to see what type of toner I should buy and was reading about not using an alcohol based one so I thought I would try this one out. I absolutely love this toner (never used toner in my life before thought it was a joke) this toner gets rid of excess oil, moisturizes and improves skins appearance! I don't even use face lotion as much anymore because it's that moisturizing.
