The plates on this flat iron do not close evenly; there's a pinch point at the tip that catches and pulls out a strand of hair on nearly every pass. This CHI product was gifted to me for testing and review purposes and I absolutely loved this CHI titanium flat iron! My hair felt so shiny after I streightened it. I also absolutely loved how fast I could be done with my hairstyle because I was able to use bigger hair strands and get amazing results in such a short time! Lightweight and perfect for fine, frizzy hair
I received this product from CHI in exchange for my honest review. I have pretty fine hair that can get frizzy really easily, and I've been loving this straightener. It's super lightweight and the smaller size makes it so easy to get close to my roots and smooth down all of my baby hairs. I used it with my CHI heat protectant and my hair felt smooth, didn't feel damaged or overly dry, and stayed straight the entire day without getting frizzy again. It heats up quickly, glides through my hair really easily, and doesn't feel bulky in my hand. I've definitely been reaching for this one a lot!
