Despite ending up a powdery finish, I love this on my dry lips. When you give it time to totally dry down it just feels soft on the lips. This is the worst product ive ever used in my 11 years of doing my makeup. Ive never been mad after aoplying a product until placing this thick, chunky formula on to my lips only for it to dry down into a powder/chalky texture. This is the worst product ive ever used in my 11 years of doing my makeup. Ive never been mad after aoplying a product until placing this thick, chunky formula on to my lips only for it to dry down into a powder/chalky texture. It barely wants to stick to the applicator and doesnt stick to the lips long enough before it drus to chalk for it to tint them.

A matte lip I can get behind
Not sure why the reviews are complaining that it's not a lip stain. Also, if sheer is what you want, then a lip stain is likely not the right product for you. In the description it states that it can be lightly applied or layered for more pigment. That's exactly what my experience was. I rarely wear matte lip products much less buy them because I have dry lips and hate the look and feel. This has such a soft, almost powder like finish that doesn't feel cracked or hurt. If you want a light wash of color, I used a lip liner and then wiped the excess product from the applicator on the inside of the tube. Worked perfectly and lasted hours on my lips without drying them out. It's a great replacement for my old favorite lip tint from Di*r and this one isn't as expensive. I hope to try more colors soon!< 3

The shade marked 'calm' on the box is anything but calm. It is a paprika! I found the formulation gloppy and hard to apply accurately, not that I'm a make-up person. It does last, so I can't get rid of this unflattering color. Disappointing.
