I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I was skeptical of this product so wasn't sure I'd like it. But I was pleasantly surprised. The cooling feature is my favorite and it gets COLD. The warming feature is also very good. And it's also perfectly sized for traveling which is a plus if you're a frequent flyer for leisure or work. I'd probably buy a product similar to it if I didn't receive this one so I'll definitely recommend it to family and friends.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] So I've been using this a few times a week now for like two-ish weeks. I do like it most and it is more convenient for me to use in the cold setting. The cold setting feels so refreshing and just wakes me up no matter the time of day. I do think the temperature does get a bit warmer though while you're depuffing your face. So I like to just combine my time between the two sides of my face in those six minutes instead of breaking it up into three minutes each side. I also find this way more convenient because the light for me is super subtle. It would be nice to have like even just one beep to let you know it's time to switch sides. Also, when charging I had to lift the cap a bit to know it was actually charging. As for the warm setting, it's good to use before your serums. It's not crazy hot and is relaxing as well. I didn't do as many warm sessions as I did cold ones. Do I notice a huge difference? Most days, not a lot, but it depends on how puffy I am. So I really think everything from how puffy to the time of day of the sessions and all of that go into play of how well you notice. I also want to add that it is a bit hard to smoothly drag the wand across your face at first. So that was a bit uncomfortable. For now, I'm just happy with the refreshing feeling.

It comes with a "C" to "C" Charging cable that attaches to the wand and charges quickly. Once the unit is charged, decide whether you want to use heat or cold. I used the cold setting first. The first thing I noticed is how cold it gets in seconds. There are three settings: cold, colder, and coldest. A long press will turn the unit on, then press the snowflake or the flame icon. You can press the button once for cold, twice for colder, and three times for coldest. The same goes for the heat icon with warm, warmer, and warmest. This wand is lightweight and sits comfortably in my hand. Thanks to the contoured, easy glide tip, this wand moves smoothly around my face. Applying heat or cold anywhere I place it. It is quiet, making it easy to use anywhere I go. The travel cap keeps the tip clean and protects it while it is in my purse. I like that the treatment time is only six minutes, so it doesn't take long at all. The cold helps to depuff my eyes and minimize my pores. While the heat boosts circulation. It is recommended to use heat first and then follow it up with the cold option. I have been using this wand for a week now and I love it! I have incorporated it into my daily beauty routine.
