Hair loss and scalp acne
It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. My hair started falling out, but as I was changing thyroid meds at the time, I did not associate it with the shampoo...

Wanted to love it
I love the smell and how it feels however it made my natural blonde hair look dark and greasy. I used this for a couple months thinking it was just winter and my hair was changing. 🤦🏼♀️ As soon as I switched back to my previous (and much cheaper) shampoo and conditioner my blonde hair came back and wasn't greasy anymore.

I bought this with the shampoo thinking they would both have the same smell and tingle sensation. Where the shampoo didn't disappoint, the conditioner certainly did. It smells more like rubber and is quite unpleasant. I will not purchase again.
