We recommend to use the mask weekly. However, the frequency of use may depend on your hair type, level of damage and frequency of washing your hair. Good treatment but very strong scent

If you are someone who is sensitive to smell, or specifically lab created scents. I almost didn't try it because of the strong smell. Tried it. I think it made a difference but I'm gifting the rest to a family member.

The smell! If you love cocoa butter smell then youll love this. I cannot get past the smell of it though so it was a complete loss for me. Didnt notice much difference after using product but even if I had, the strong scent alone would keep me from buying.

While using this for a couple weeks i can say that it does make your hair look better but not really feel moisturized. After using my hair would look more smooth and shiny but when I felt it, it wouldn't feel as soft as it does compared to other hair masks I've used. So I would just have to layer on a leave in consider or oil which I don't mind. It is heavily scented which can be irritating to some so skip on this if that is a issue for you
