I'm so frustrated trying to replace Clinique's Stay Matte in GN- 46 ..I'm sensitive to SPF so options are becoming limited. Superbalanced is my next option however I was sold petal, much too light! My husband said I looked light and powdery ugh. Which shade in Superbalance is closest to GN 46 Stay Matte without oxidizing to yellow or pink… help!!

Translucent isn't translucent
I like the power, but translucent isn't invisible, whatsoever. It's a light beige color, so it's completely visible over my foundation. Yuck.
Favorite foundation
I've been using this for about 4 years now. I love how it matches perfectly, blends really well, and is buildable. It feels very light weight on. Only cons is when I have super dry patches you can tell. However, it doesnt upset acne or millia I may have.

I like that it doesn't dry and irritate my eczema-prone skin and accentuate my dry patches. I first ordered the shade CN 42 Neutral but it turned out to be too tan, too orangey, so I returned it. For reference, I am an Asian with light neutral (olive more accurately) skin tone. When I got this Alabaster shade as a replacement, I was worried that it would look too pale. But no, it matched me perfectly. Plus, it left a natural look like I only had a light touch-up, which I prefer more than a full-on coverage. I have to say that this was my first online purchase of foundation ever and on Clinique.com. I was skeptical about finding the right shade match. But the chat associate made the exchange easy and got my right shade shipped and refund promptly. I enjoyed my shopping experience here. Thank you! A bit of a letdown is that I had to follow up with Clinique for the free gifts with my qualified purchase. I hope it was a rare mistake and not habitual.

Clinque is great foundation. Very happy with it. I have been using it over a year. My only negative is when you have a coupon I should be able to us it on all products you sell. Not just the less expensive one. I feel am being punished for buying the more expensive makeup.
