This is my first time trying the Strivectin brand. I have sun-damaged skin and very large pores so vitamin C and Retinol are a very important part of my skincare at the moment. I was very happy to find that this product did not break me out since that has been my main issue with anything containing vitamin C. This Vitamin C - Retinol combination is very gentle on the skin and does not cause any redness or irritation. It absorbs very quickly leaving no greasiness. It layers well with all my products. At first, I loved the scent but after a time it can get a little overwhelming since it is very strong. Scents do not typically bother me so this may not be the best fit for people sensitive to strong skincare scents. After 40 days of use, I can tell a huge difference in my skin. My large pores have almost disappeared and my face is smoother and brighter. I will definitely keep this in my skincare rotation!

The packaging is so beautiful and the stopper makes it very easy to apply the perfect amount of serum. I really like that the scent is not very strong and the texture is lightweight and feels refreshing while applying. It is a little sticky until it absorbs but it only takes a couple mins or so. It really works nicely in leaving my skin looking smoother with a brighter and more youthful appearance.
